Assignment:

The Northern Europe region of this IT service provider was undergoing a transformation process, which required headcount reduction, digitization of work processes and more customer orientation. The job of a typical employee should change from subject matter expert to service agent. An increasing pace of change had put high demands on individual and organizational change skills. Objective of the development program: Convey more confidence and increased self-efficacy expectations. Central point of departure: In exchange with a wide variety of people, some of whom had mastered extreme changes, the participants reflected on personal and organizational coping with change. The insights gained have finally been introduced to the entire company by means of self-organized transformation dialogues.

Role:

PUETTGEN Consulting developed and accompanied the program, in which selected IT experts acted as “transformation scouts”. The were literally sent on a journey of change. Special focus: Reactivating and expanding already existing change competencies.
