Participants can expect to:

No prior knowledge in AI is required. The seminar is structured to cater to both beginners and those familiar with AI.

The fee includes:

1. Remote Kickoff (2 hours): Onboarding, coach introductions, program overview, and preliminary tasks. Scheduled 4 weeks prior to AI Journey.
2. In-Person Sessions: Three days in Berlin for immersive learning.
3. Travel within Berlin: Transportation during the AI Journey.
4. Peer Group Follow-up (8 weeks): Weekly meetings in self-organized circles to discuss Action Plans progress.
5. Remote Retrospective (2 hours): A reflection session 8 weeks after the AI Journey.
6. Materials and Refreshments: All course materials, lunch, and refreshments.

Note: The fee doesn’t cover accommodation or travel to and from Berlin.

Cancellation Policy for the AI Nexus Program:

Due to the intensive preparation required for our AI Nexus program and the careful selection of a limited number of participants to ensure maximal personal interaction, we regret that we cannot accommodate cancellations. Our small, deliberately curated cohort is designed to create an environment for profound personal exchange and optimal learning experiences. Cancellations compromise the integrity of this environment and could potentially diminish the experience for others.

However, in recognition of unforeseen circumstances that may arise, participants unable to attend may:

1. Transfer Their Enrollment: If you find yourself unable to attend, you can transfer your enrollment to a colleague or peer. Please notify us at least two weeks in advance if you wish to do so.
2. Credit for Future Programs: Alternatively, while we cannot refund your fee, we are happy to credit the amount towards a future AI Nexus event, valid for one year from the original event date.
