PUETTGEN Consulting facilitated several top management workshops on neuromanagement.

• We shared insights from Paul J. Zak’s research (2018) on organizational trust and how leaders can create high-trust and high-performance teams.
• Paul J. Zak’s data show that trust substantially boosts an organization’s performance, employee engagement, retention, and well-being.
• Based on Paul J Zak’s model, PUETTGEN Consulting developed a web-based survey (Mentimeter) to evaluate the current status of specific success factors within the company. The leadership team then brainstormed on ways how to adapt individual and collective leadership behaviour in the future.
