Team development exercise: Toxic Waste.

PUETTGEN Consulting facilitated the team development of a High Potential Team. In order to actively experience team dynamics an outdoor exercise was applied. The exercise helped to experience different aspects of team dynamics in practice: cooperation, communication, trust, empowerment, risk taking, support, problem solving, decision-making, leadership etc.
